Purpose & Justification:
The Air Conditioner installed in the VC Camp Office was procured in the year 2012 and has been in continuous use since then. Over the years, due to prolonged usage and natural wear and tear, the unit has become outdated and its performance has significantly declined. The AC is now inefficient in cooling, consumes higher electricity, and requires frequent repairs and maintenance, resulting in increased expenditure and operational inconvenience. Being an old model, it also lacks modern energy-efficient features available in newer systems. In view of its deteriorated condition and reduced efficiency, replacement of the existing AC with a new energy-efficient unit has become necessary to ensure proper functioning of the office and to maintain a comfortable working environment.
