Purpose & Justification:
It is submitted that the department had earlier procured flex-cum-plastic sheet display boards on 12.12.2014 at a total cost of Rs. 2,800/-. Over time, these display boards became worn out and unsuitable for effective display purposes. In view of the above, two new acrylic display boards have been purchased and installed in replacement of the old ones. The newly installed boards have been positioned in the department’s entrance hall and are currently being used for showcasing departmental activities in a more presentable manner.
