The office desktop system is frequently failing to start and operating very slowly, severely affecting routine official, academic, research, and departmental work. Despite earlier reporting vide Letter No. 233/LPT/2025 dated 29 December 2025, the issue still persists. Since uninterrupted computer access is essential for timely execution of administrative and academic activities, immediate rectification/replacement of the system is urgently required.
