Purpose & Justification:
This is to inform you that the auditorium aera requires regular cleaning and maintenance, particularly for cutting unwanted weeds and overgrown grass and in some plants including auditorium stage requires protection from termites for which there is need of cypermethrin also.
For efficient and timely upkeep of the area, it is requested to kindly arrange a lawn mower of capacity 2 HP to 3 HP. This equipment and cypermethrin chemical with hand hoe or garden hoe will significantly help in maintaining cleanliness and improving the overall appearance of the auditorium surroundings. The specification with store requisition slip of above mentioned items is attached.
