Purpose & Justification:
The Department Seminar Hall is regularly used for conducting MAITRI training programs, exposure visit and training sessions for farmers. the Department is received a large number of footfall all around the year. Continuous and uninterrupted power supply is essential during these sessions, as the functioning of projectors, computers, audio systems, and other electronic equipment depends entirely on electricity.
At present, frequent power fluctuations and outages disrupt the training activities, adversely affecting the quality of teaching and causing interruptions during sessions.
The availability of the equipment will ensure smooth and uninterrupted conduct of training programs and classes in the Seminar Hall. It will improve the quality of training, save time, and enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of the institution.
