Keeping the continuing spirit of “Act now: Protect Our Present, Secure Our Future”, of the World Anti-Microbial Resistance Awareness Week 2025 pulsing strongly, the Institute of Para Veterinary Sciences, DUVASU, Mathura organized an Extempore competition in the forenoon session which was judged by the Learned Dr Amitav Bhattacharyya, Associate Professor (poultry Sc.), Dr. Ambika Sharma, Associate Professor (Vety. Biochemistry) and Assistant Professor Dr Mamta (LPM). In the Afternoon session, an enlightening lecture was delivered for the benefit of the students of Livestock Extension and Veterinary Pharmacy, by Dr Ashish Srivastava, Associate Professor (Veterinary Medicine) an expert on clinical internal medicine. Today’s programme was organized by Dr. Ayashi Sachan and Dr. Diksha Singh and anchored by Dr. Chayanika Das and successfully led byProf. (Dr.) Gulshan Kumar, Coordinator, IPVS, to mark the occasion. Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Shukla, Director of the institute presided over the plenary function and showered his blessings with words of wisdom on the budding para veterinary technicians.
