The Department of Dairy Technology is a core academic unit of the College of Dairy Science, actively engaged in teaching and hands-on training for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) students. The department is committed to equipping students with up-to-date knowledge, practical skills, and professional competence to meet the evolving requirements of the public and private sectors, including dairy, food processing, and FMCG industries.
